WIBLIV follows the principles of the Indian standard IS 19000:2022 for online consumer reviews.
- Only customers who verify their mobile number by OTP can post a review. One review per business per person; you can edit it later.
- Reviews must be based on a real experience. Paid, incentivised, fake or competitor reviews are not allowed.
- We publish both positive and negative reviews. We do not remove a review only because it is negative.
- We may hold a review for checks or remove it if it is abusive, contains personal data, is spam, or breaks the law.
- Business owners can reply to reviews and report a review they believe is fake. Our moderation team decides within 7 working days.
- Business owners and their staff cannot review their own business.
